I Am Green W.E.E. Program 

I Am Green’s Weatherization & Energy Equity (W.E.E.) Program is a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship creating pathways to stable, sustainable careers for our community. This program blends paid, hands-on experience with classroom learning and wraparound support, so participants don’t just learn skills, they build futures.
