How we prepare and care for one another: neighbors, seniors, and youth connecting through emergency planning and neighborhood resilience hubs.

Preparedness starts with people.

The Resiliency Buddy Network connects neighbors, particularly seniors and youth, through emergency planning, mutual support, and neighborhood resilience hubs.

We are working to strengthen these relationships in Middle Georgia and San Diego. Ask the team about local participation, buddy matching, accessibility, and volunteer roles.

AARP support helps advance the resiliency hub work. The Hancock County effort brings older adults, youth, community organizations, and local partners into preparedness and mutual care.
